The role requires 10+ years in LOS architecture with strong DevOps and agile delivery experience, working across complex distributed systems and modern data stores.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field.
• 7-13 years of software architecture and enterprise app development.
• 10+ years hands-on LOS experience in NBFC/BFSI.
• Strong experience with digital lending platforms and microservices.
• Expertise in integrating with credit bureaus and KYC platforms.
• Solid understanding of RDBMS and NoSQL, caching, and performance tuning.
• Experience in agile delivery, DevOps practices, and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

Deliver best engineered products from all engineering aspects like designing and architecting across multiple product lines

• Drive customer experience, continually raising the bar on functionality, usability, and simplicity
• Champion engineering and operational excellence, establishing metrics and process for regular assessment and improvement
• Drive best practices, and is a pro with agile methodologies / practices - SCRUM, Test Driven Development (TDD)Breaking down complex requirements into simpler stories
• Establish a solid project framework and development processes
• Operate strategically and tactically. Work on strategy and help set direction while staying on top of the day‑to‑day software development

• Minimum 10+ years of hands‑on experience architecting or managing Loan Origination Systems (LOS) in an NBFC or BFSI setup.
• Strong experience with digital lending platforms, microservices architecture, and workflow engines.
