Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Chennai invites experienced ServiceNow professionals to join for an in-person Walk-in Drive focused on ITAM HAM SAM modules. You will implement, customize, and optimize asset management processes within ServiceNow and liaise with procurement and CMDB teams.

The role requires 5–12 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, strong knowledge of asset lifecycle, license management, and reporting. Drive is scheduled at Ozone Techno Park, Navallur, Chennai.

Qualifications

• 5-12 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
• Strong knowledge of ITAM HAM SAM modules.
• Experience with asset lifecycle management and license management.
• Ability to develop solutions using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with procurement systems and third parties.

Responsibilities

• Configure software license management, compliance tracking, and normalization
• Develop solutions using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer
• Integrate ServiceNow with procurement systems, discovery tools, and third-party vendors
• Work with CMDB and Discovery teams to ensure data accuracy and reconciliation
• Build reports and dashboards for asset visibility, compliance, and optimization
