Job description

Student Advising and Counselling:

• Provide personalized advice and counselling to students on academic, personal, and social matters.
• Assist students in creating academic plans and setting achievable goals.
• Address student concerns and provide appropriate referrals to other support services as needed.

Support Program Coordination:

• Coordinate and facilitate workshops, orientation sessions, and other programs aimed at enhancing student success and retention.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop initiatives that support student learning and engagement.

Administrative Support:

• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and services provided.
• Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to student support services.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing inquiries, and preparing reports.
