Job summary

• Coordinate with trade contractors and site engineers to streamline operations and resolve bottlenecks.
• Manage site personnel, delegate workloads, and track attendance and productivity.
• Enforce health and safety protocols across the site to minimize accidents and hazards, including PPE usage.

• Site Supervision & Quality Assurance
  • Oversee daily construction activities to verify that all work aligns with engineering drawings and project specifications.
  • Conduct frequent quality checks to ensure structural components and finishes meet standard safety benchmarks.
  • Coordinate with trade contractors and site engineers to streamline daily operations and resolve execution bottlenecks.
• Workforce & Safety Management
  • Manage site personnel, delegate daily workloads, and track worker attendance and overall productivity.
  • Enforce strict health and safety protocols across the site to minimize workplace accidents and hazards.
  • Conduct regular tool-box talks to remind workers of safety rules and proper personal protective equipment (PPE) usage.
• Progress Tracking & Reporting
  • Monitor site operations against project schedules to prevent delays and ensure timely delivery.
  • Prepare daily supervisor logs and update project managers on progress, roadblocks, or technical issues.
  • Maintain precise site records regarding labor hours, incidents, and daily activity logs.
