Job summary

Bm Consulting in Pune, Maharashtra is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Lead to oversee strategic campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and conversion optimization for multiple D2C brands.

You will drive sales, ROAS, and customer acquisition in national and international markets, analyze campaigns with GA4 and Search Console, mentor the marketing team, and collaborate with creative, content, sales, and e-commerce squads to deliver data-driven results.

• Manage and optimize Meta Ads & Google Ads for multiple D2C brands across national and international markets.
• Drive sales, conversions, customer acquisition, and ROAS through performance marketing.
• Manage SEO, retargeting, and conversion optimization for e-commerce websites.
• Analyze campaigns using GA4, Google Search Console, and Meta Ads Manager.
• Conduct market, audience, competitor, and keyword research.
• Prepare performance reports and implement data-driven strategies.
• Collaborate with creative, content, sales, and e-commerce teams.
• Lead, delegate, and mentor the digital marketing team while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
