Job summary

Richi Circuitronix Pvt in Gurgaon (Udyog Vihar/Sector 18) is seeking an Associate/Sr. Associate - SCM with 3–10 years of experience. The role focuses on global supply chain, vendor/customer handling, and end-to-end SCM processes including MRP and Incoterms.

You will interact with clients and coordinate with warehouse and shipping to ensure timely delivery. The ideal candidate has hands-on SCM experience, pricing, RFQ, sourcing, and B2B operations, with direct client engagement and strong

Qualifications

• Hands on experience on Global Supply chain, vendor handling or customer handling.
• Experience in Supply chain/ SCM Process including pricing & costing, RFQ, quotation.
• Supply Chain Planning responsibilities and making Purchase orders (PO).
• Vendor & supplier management and demand forecasting.
• Strategic sourcing and working for B2B business.
• MRP (Material requirements planning) process.
• Experience with Incoterms.
• Direct client interaction responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and be directly responsible for running revenue account independently by providing technical and commercial information related to the company business in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with and train SCM Analysts on day-to-day responsibilities.
• Interact with clients directly to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with warehouse & shipping to ensure timely delivery of material to clients.
• Be proactive and capable of working independently to complete tasks on time.
• Ensure MIS reports are completed timely and flag gaps to the team lead/management.
• Train new joiners on Sage basics and PCB processes.
• Monitor the entire supply-chain from factory to end-user and flag deviations for timely corrective action.
• Coordinate internally to respond to service requests, inquiries and complaints.

• Ensure that MIS reports, are completed timely and important concerns or gap in the operations process should be flagged to the team lead/management.
• You shall be ready to train the new joiner on sage, basic training on the PCB process.
• Exposure to work on Sage X3- ERP system Monitor the entire supply-chain from factory to the end-user and flag any deviations from established schedules to ensure timely corrective intervention.
• Coordinate internally to respond to service requests, inquiries and complaints.
