Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Chennai seeks an experienced SCCM Administrator to lead endpoint management across on-prem and cloud domains. You will manage SCCM/MECM, AD co-management with Intune and Autopilot, and handle ADR, GPOs, and asset integration with ServiceNow CMDB.

Responsibilities include scripting in PowerShell, SQL querying, and deploying OS and application updates via SCCM and Intune, ensuring security with BitLocker and comprehensive OS updates across macOS and Windows.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in SCCM/MECM patching, infra, app deployments, OS deployments.
• Intune Autopilot deployment and Windows device management using Microsoft Intune for L3 activities.
• Experience in managing assets and ServiceNow CMDB.
• Experience in ADR creation and management.
• Experience in GPOs for end-user machines.
• Experience in PowerShell scripts and SQL queries.
• Experience in CMG (Cloud Management Gateway).
• Co-management configuring policies from on prem to cloud using SCCM to Intune.
• Experience in Win32 apps deployment and BitLocker management.

Must Have :

6 Years experience in below

SCCM/MECM in managing patching, infra, app deployments, OS deployments.

Intune Autopilot deployment and Windows device management using Microsoft Intune for L3 activities.

Maintain Asset Management Service processes, procedures, Asset types and attributes provided by the customer that meet requirements and adhere to defined policies.

Deploy and manage with customer an Asset Management system that meets customer requirements and/or utilize customer ServiceNow CMDB

Experience in managing and creating Automated deployment rules (ADR)

Deploy and manage with customer an Asset Management system that meets customer requirements and/or utilize customer Service-Now CMDB

Experience in creating/modifying GPOs related to end user machines.

Experience in writing custom Power shell scripts and SQL queries

Experience in managing devices through CMG (Cloud Management gateway)

Co management, configuring the policies & profiles from on prem to cloud from SCCM console to Intune.

Experience in Win32 app deployments, Bit locker management & App Wrapping.

Experience in MacOS and Windows Feature and Quality software update deployments and O365 updates.

Experience in Conditional Access and Device Compliance policies in Intune.

Deploying Kiosk profiles from ABM and configuration of other OS profiles.

Experience in PKCS and SCEP deployments in Intune

Experience in creating Hybrid AD joined to sync devices to Intune setup in SCCM, Installing Intune connector and creating domain join profile.
