You will track objectives, monitor enquiry inventory, train Sales Associates, manage costs, and respond to client needs while ensuring policy adherence and efficient office operations.

• Assist the area head in planning MSME banking strategies to promote business loans
• Coordinate daily MSME service operations
• Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
• Monitor and maintain Enquiry Inventory
• Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs
• Supervise and Motivate staff to perform their best
• Coach and support new / existing Sales Associates
• Monitor retail operating costs, budgets and resources
• Suggest sales training programs / techniques
• Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs
• Analyse MSME behaviour and recommend appropriate banking product for business loan
• Handle complaints from MSME
• Research emerging products and use information to update
• Create reports, analyse and interpret data of MSME
• Conduct regular audits to ensure the office is functionable and presentable
• Make sure all employees adhere to companys policies and guidelines
