Job summary

CIEL HR is hiring a Sales & Marketing Representative in Chennai. The role targets daily and monthly secondary sales, requires visiting 40 outlets per day with productive calls, and managing 13 distributors to ensure stock and visibility.

It includes communicating promotions and monitoring payments, with a 9 AM to 6 PM timing. Qualification includes Diploma/Intermediate/Graduation, and experience of 13 years in FMCG is preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Good knowledge of territory and retailers.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily & monthly secondary sales targets.
• Visit a minimum of 40 outlets per day with >50% productive calls.
• Ensure product visibility, stock availability and shelf space.
• Add new retail outlets in assigned areas.
• Manage 13 distributors and ensure timely stock availability.
• Monitor outstanding payments as per company norms.
• Maintain DCR, order data and beat plans via mobile app.
• Track competitor pricing, promotions and new launches.
• Communicate schemes and new product launches to retailers.
