Job summary

Joyalukkas in Bengaluru is seeking a customer-focused jewellery sales associate to guide customers through selections, explain product details, and provide a personalized shopping experience. You will assist with budget-based choices, styling tips, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere on the floor.

The role requires strong communication and teamwork, with the ability to meet sales targets while maintaining high standards of service and shop presentation. Weekend/evening availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience, preferably in jewellery retail.
• Strong interest and knowledge in jewellery and gemstones.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to achieve sales targets and deliver superior service.

• Stay updated on jewellery trends, new collections, and competitor offerings.
• Participate in store promotions, festive campaigns, and sales initiatives to drive revenue growth.
