Job summary

MAX Properties in India’s Tamil Nadu region seeks an experienced Safety Officer to uphold construction-site safety and regulatory compliance. You will lead inspections, risk assessments, and training programs while coordinating with project teams to enforce PPE usage and safe practices.

The role requires strong knowledge of safety standards, good communication, and leadership to foster a proactive safety culture across projects.

Qualifications

• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Safety, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Diploma in Industrial Safety (DIS) preferred.
• Experience: 2–5 years in construction/project safety.
• NEBOSH/IOSH/OSHA certification is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and procedures.
• Good communication, observation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to conduct inspections and manage safety documentation.
• Strong leadership and team-coordination skills.
