Job summary

Axis Bank is seeking a Team Leader to drive banking product sales, generate and manage leads, and visit customers across rural and urban areas. The role includes preparing loan proposals and ensuring timely submission to the bank.

The candidate should have customer-focused approach, local language proficiency, and willingness to travel; male candidates are preferred, with prior sales experience considered an advantage.

• Demonstrating/Presenting /Introducing/Selling banking products.
• New Lead generation & follow-up on leads given, maintain record of sales leads.
• Willing to travel and convince customer to purchase loan in any retail vertical.
• Generating lead and can get the closures completed.
• Travelling throughout the Rural & Urban area visiting the customer.
• Completing customers loan proposal & submitting to Bank.
• Processing of all customer files, maintaining records & reports.
• Maintaining relationship with customers in pre- sales and post sales
