Policybazaar in Lucknow is seeking a Relationship Manager (Field Sales Executive) to achieve sales targets and expand our insurance client base. You will meet clients, understand their needs, and offer suitable insurance solutions while managing post-sale service.

The role emphasizes need-based selling, upselling, and building long-term relationships through regular engagement with customers and collaboration with supervisors to shape sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Must own a bike and have a valid driving license.
• Proficient in the regional language.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets based on ANP and case counts.
• Customer acquisition through natural market, referrals, and orphan base.
• Conduct regular client meetings to understand needs and offer insurance solutions.
• Perform need-based selling with a structured sales model.
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximize revenue from existing customers.
• Provide post-sales service and resolve queries to ensure timely policy issuance.
• Maintain regular touchpoints and strong relationships with clients.
• Coordinate with supervisors to plan and execute business strategies.
• Design and evaluate innovative sales strategies and forecast sales.
• Maintain and grow customer database in your designated territory.
