Job summary

Chola in Chennai seeks a meticulous Reconciliation Specialist to manage customer receipts across Cash, RTGS, NEFT, UPI and Online payments. You will coordinate with banks and internal teams to ensure accurate tracking and timely settlement.

The role requires LMS and LOS familiarity, strong Excel skills, and the ability to learn new processes quickly. You will monitor receipt activities and contribute to reporting and controls, with emphasis on cross-language communication.

Qualifications

• Reconciliation of customer receipts across multiple payment modes (Cash, RTGS, NEFT, UPI, Online).
• Identify and resolve unreconciled transactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and banks for receipt tracking and accounting.
• Monitor receipt-related activities in the system.
• Ensure accuracy and adherence to reconciliation timelines.
