Job summary

The Corporate Institute is seeking a skilled professional to manage daily reconciliations of liability products and ensure timely detection of exceptions, in line with defined timelines.

You will coordinate with Finance, IT, Operations and other stakeholders to improve system usage, streamline reconciliation processes, and ensure timely invoicing payouts to channel partners. MIS and senior management updates will be prepared regularly.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Liability Products and understanding of GL entry flows and controls.
• Experience in reconciling Digital Products such as UPI, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, Debit Cards, POS AEPS, BBPS, ATM.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily reconciliations and highlight exceptions within timelines.
• Formulate strategies to improve system usage and reconciliation/controls/cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with relevant processes and policies.
• Validate and timely payout of monthly invoices to channel partners.
• Coordinate with Finance, IT, Operations, Business, Audit and other key stakeholders.
• Prepare periodic reports, MIS and executive summaries highlighting reconciliation status, issues and resolutions.

1. Candidate Requirements:

• Candidate needs to be familiar with different Liability Products along with understanding of GL entry flows and controls.
• Experience of handling reconciliation of Digital Products such as UPI, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, Debit Cards, POS AEPS, BBPS, ATM etc.

2. Responsible:

• Responsible for ensuring daily reconciliations and highlighting the exceptions within stipulated timelines.
• Formulate strategies and action plans to improve system usage and enhance reconciliation/controls/cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with relevant process and policies.
• Ensure validation and timely payout of monthly invoices to all channel partners.
• Coordination with internal departments such as Finance, IT, Operations, Business, Audit and other key stakeholders.
• Prepare periodic reports, MIS and executive summaries for senior management highlighting reconciliation status, issues and resolutions.
