Job summary

Stbl Projects in Delhi is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with at least 3 years of experience to manage BOQ, take-off, estimation and billing. You will prepare and verify measurement sheets and RA bills, and ensure accurate material quantity calculations.

Proficiency in MS Excel and quantity surveying software is preferred, with coordination across site/execution teams and a strong grasp of drawings for successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ, quantity take-off and estimation.
• Experience with RA bills and material quantities.
• Ability to prepare and verify measurement sheets.

Job description

Good Knowledge of construction execution and site activities, Strong understanding of BOQ, Quantity take -off, estimation and billing. Good Knowledge of BBS(Bar Bending Schedule)preparation & checking. Ability to prepare and verify measurement sheets, RA bills

and material quantities. Knowledge of drawings and co-ordination with Site/execution teams. Good understanding of construction materials and work methods. Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant quantity -surveying software is preferred.
