Job summary

Paramjyoti Movers in Haryana is seeking an experienced procurement professional to manage complete purchase and procurement activities, source plastics, wiring harness components, and tooling items, and drive QCD supplier development.

The role requires strong negotiation, cost-reduction, and ERP/MRP knowledge, and the candidate should align with IATF 16949 standards and Maruti Suzuki requirements, including sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications

• Manage complete Purchase & Procurement activities.
• Source plastic raw materials, wiring harness components, terminals, connectors, packaging & tooling items.
• Develop and manage suppliers for Quality, Cost & Delivery (QCD).
• Handle price negotiation, cost reduction and alternate source development.
• Ensure timely material availability and avoid production shortages.
• Control inventory, purchase cost and working capital.
• Coordinate with PPC, Production, Quality, Stores, Engineering and Finance.
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and customer-specific requirements, including Maruti Suzuki requirements.
• Support Maruti Green / sustainability and green procurement initiatives.
• Lead supplier development, evaluation and performance improvement.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
