About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Purchase Manager with expertise in home appliances, electronics, personal & beauty care, and pet care categories. The candidate will play a key role in vendor management, procurement planning, cost optimization, and ensuring timely product availability, while working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the procurement function and purchasing strategy across multiple product categories
• Manage annual procurement budgets and buying plans
• Handle vendor sourcing, negotiations, and contract management
• Ensure efficient inventory planning and supply chain coordination
• Identify and onboard new vendors and strategic supply partners
• Monitor market trends, pricing strategies, and product demand
• Work closely with sales, operations, and marketing teams to ensure product availability.Source, evaluate, and onboard suppliers across appliances, electronics, and related categories Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to ensure cost efficiency
• Manage direct purchasing and procurement planning
• Monitor purchase orders, delivery timelines, and inventory levels
• Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships for long-term partnerships
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Warehouse, Accounts) for smooth operations
• Track market trends, pricing, and competitor activities
• Drive new product development and global sourcing initiatives
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and quality standard

Preferred candidate profile

Experience: 712 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement, preferably in E-commerce, Retail, FMCG, D2C, or Consumer Products.

Must have strong vendor networks and category experience in Home Appliances, Electronics, Beauty & Personal Care, Pet Care, or Baby Care.
