Job summary

Infiniti Power seeks a dynamic Project Supervisor to join its team of 250 professionals to manage network cabling projects for Fortune 500 companies and hyperscale data center clients.

You will independently lead a team of tech and project resources, coordinate with customers and consultants, and ensure timely reporting to stakeholders. The role requires a proven project handling track record in large cabling projects and willingness to travel across India.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of project management experience in a structured cabling environment.
• Fluent in English; regional languages preferred.
• BE/BTech in Electrical/Electronics or Diploma/Graduate as stated.
• Certifications in design, installation and testing preferred; PMP preferred.
• Willingness to travel across India.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead a team of 20–40 staff and vendors on time-bound cabling projects.
• Coordinate with customers, PMC, and consultants; provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Oversee site dependencies and ensure project deliverables.
• Utilize AutoCAD for project layouts where required.
• Familiar with BIM models as needed.
• Work 6 days a week; India shift.

• Fluency in regional languages preferred but not mandatory
• Experience: 3-8 years of project management exp in structured cabling industry

• Design, Installation, testing from OEMs (preferred)
• PMP from PMI Institute (preferred)

We seek dynamic and results-oriented Project Supervisor to join our growing team of 250 professionals to manage network cabling projects for Fortune 500 companies and Hyperscale Data Center clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Will be required to independently lead a team of tech/project resources for a time-bound project completion, handling of site dependencies, customer/PMC/Consultants' coordination, timely reporting and updates to stakeholders

2. Must have a proven Project Handling Track Record in large Structured Cabling projects with 2,000 - 5,000 nodes and Data Centres Infra

3. Should be able to lead a team of 20-40 technical staff and vendors

4. Knowledge of AutoCAD preferred

5. Should have basic knowledge of BIM models

6. Be willing to travel across India on short notice based on project requirements
