Job summary

Infiniti Power is seeking a dynamic Supervisor/Senior Project Engineer/Manager to lead network cabling projects for Fortune 500 and hyperscale data center clients. The role involves managing a team, ensuring timely delivery, and coordinating with customers, PMC, and consultants.

The candidate should have 3–8 years of project management experience in structured cabling, with a background in Electrical/Electronics and hands-on knowledge of AutoCAD; BIM familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of project management experience in structured cabling industry.
• Bachelor's degree/diploma/BE/BTech in Electrical/Electronics required or equivalent.
• Certifications in OEM design, installation, testing preferred; PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead a team of tech/project resources for time-bound projects; coordinate with customers, PMC/Consultants, and stakeholders.
• Demonstrate a proven project handling track record in large structured cabling projects with 2,000–5,000 nodes and data centre infra.
• Lead a team of 20–40 technical staff and vendors.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of BIM models.
• Willing to travel across India on short notice based on project requirements.

1. Will be required to independently lead a team of tech/project resources for a time-bound project completion, handling of site dependencies, customer/PMC/Consultants' coordination, timely reporting and updates to stakeholders

2. Must have a proven Project Handling Track Record in large Structured Cabling projects with 2,000 - 5,000 nodes and Data Centres Infra

3. Should be able to lead a team of 20-40 technical staff and vendors

4. Knowledge of AutoCAD preferred

5. Should have basic knowledge of BIM models
