Job summary

Infiniti Power seeks a dynamic Site Supervisor to manage network cabling projects for Fortune 500 companies and hyperscale data centers. You will lead a growing team of professionals, ensuring timely delivery and strict adherence to project milestones.

Ideal candidates have 2–6 years PM experience in structured cabling, with AutoCAD knowledge and willingness to travel. Role requires Chennai-based candidates; work from office or customer site, 6-day weeks, India shift.

Qualifications

• 2-6 years of project management experience in structured cabling industry.
• Based in Chennai with preference for local candidates.
• Education: 12th/Any Graduate/Diploma/BE/BTech in Electrical/Electronics.
• Certifications: OEM design, installation, testing preferred; PMP from PMI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead a team of tech/project resources for time-bound projects, coordinating with customers, PMC/consultants and reporting to stakeholders.
• Demonstrated project handling track record in large structured cabling projects with 2,000–5,000 nodes and data centre infra.
• Lead a team of 20-40 technical staff and vendors.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of BIM models.
• Willing to travel across India on short notice based on project requirements.

Responsibilities:

1. Will be required to independently lead a team of tech/project resources for a time-bound project completion, handling of site dependencies, customer/PMC/Consultants' coordination, timely reporting and updates to stakeholders

2. Must have a proven Project Handling Track Record in large Structured Cabling projects with 2,000 - 5,000 nodes and Data Centres Infra

3. Should be able to lead a team of 20-40 technical staff and vendors

4. Knowledge of AutoCAD preferred

5. Should have basic knowledge of BIM models

6. Be willing to travel across India on short notice based on project requirements
