Job summary

Surya Hospital in Pune is seeking an experienced Project Manager to plan, execute, and monitor hospital infrastructure, construction, renovation, and expansion projects, ensuring timely completion, cost efficiency, quality, and compliance with applicable safety and statutory requirements.

They will coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal hospital departments; manage budgets, BOQs, procurement, and cost control; oversee MEP services; and ensure smooth project

Qualifications

• Experience in planning and managing hospital infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of MEP services and hospital standards.
• Experience with budgeting, BOQs, and cost control.
• Strong vendor and contractor management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor hospital construction, renovation, and infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal hospital departments.
• Manage project budgets, BOQs, material procurement, and cost control.
• Oversee MEP services, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and medical gas pipeline systems.
• Coordinate installation and commissioning of hospital equipment and infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and applicable statutory requirements.
• Monitor project progress, resolve execution issues, and ensure timely completion.
• Prepare project progress reports and maintain project documentation.
• Coordinate with hospital departments to minimize disruption to daily operations.
• Ensure smooth project handover upon completion.
