Role Summary:

The Production Engineer at Rajshree Precision Pvt Ltd is a shop floor leadership role responsible for the end-to-end management of precision machining manufacturing. This position oversees daily production planning, manpower allocation across shifts, and process optimization for CNC, VMC, and conventional machines.

The core mission is to meet delivery targets while strictly adhering to quality standards (GD&T) and driving cost efficiencies through Lean manufacturing principles (5S, Kaizen, OEE optimization). Acting as a critical cross-functional hub, the engineer coordinates closely with Maintenance, Quality Control, Stores, and Management to minimize downtime, reduce scrap, and ensure seamless operations.
