Job summary

Srinivas Group Of Schools' NextGen International Preschool in Visakhapatnam seeks a Preschool Teacher to create a safe, playful learning environment and deliver age-appropriate activities.

You will plan and conduct play-based lessons, observe child development, maintain records, and communicate with parents, while collaborating with staff to support each child's growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of preschool teaching experience.
• ECCE / Montessori / NTT qualification preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Good classroom management and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, energetic, patient, caring, and child-friendly.
• Strong understanding of early childhood development and preschool teaching methodologies.
• Professional, punctual, responsible, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual attention based on each child's learning needs.
• Maintain effective classroom management using positive reinforcement.

• Coordinate effectively with fellow teachers, coordinators, and support staff.
• Participate in school events, celebrations, parent interactions, and teacher training.
• Ensure children's safety, hygiene, and well-being during school hours.
