This is a full-time, on-site Preschool Teacher role based at the Credo Joy centre in Dhanbad. The Preschool Teacher will design and deliver age-appropriate learning experiences for Playgroup, Nursery, Jr. KG, or Sr. KG children, using play-based and child-centered teaching methods. Responsibilities include planning daily lessons, implementing the preschool curriculum, facilitating group and individual activities, and creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment. The role involves observing and documenting children’s progress, supporting social-emotional development, and maintaining clear, respectful communication with parents and guardians. The Preschool Teacher will collaborate with colleagues, participate in training and school events, and uphold Credo Joy’s standards for child safety, well-being, and joyful learning.
