Qualifications

• Experience driving performance campaigns across social, marketplace and quick-commerce channels.
• Strong proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms.
• Hands-on with Excel/Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Understanding of unit economics, margins and P&L impact on campaigns.
• Ability to optimize campaigns and manage client accounts end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Manage advertising consoles across quick-commerce and marketplace channels (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart).
• Track spend, revenue, and ROI; enforce stop-loss on underperforming SKUs.
• Brief design teams on creative variants and run live tests by geography/demographics.
• Set up and verify tracking (Pixels, CAPI, UTM) and connect dashboards.
• Support post-campaign analysis and deliver weekly/monthly performance reviews with recommendations.

Role & responsibilities

• Commerce Console Advertising: Manage advertising consoles across quick-commerce and marketplace channels (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart).
• Financial Tracking & Governance: Maintain daily spend tracking sheets detailing expenditure, revenue, and return per platform/SKU. Enforce stop-loss rules on underperforming SKUs.
• Creative & Audience Strategy: Brief design and production teams on creative variants, maintaining live creative tests per core campaign. Build targeted geographical and demographic audience segments.
• Tracking & Analytics: Implement and verify tracking setups (Pixels, Conversion API, UTM structures) alongside platform dashboards.
• Reporting & Strategy: Support post-campaign analysis for awareness media buys and deliver weekly/monthly performance reviews with strategic recommendations.
