Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a skilled Pega developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience to join our Pune team. The candidate should hold a CSSA certificate for Pega 7.x or later and have strong BPM and rules development capabilities, including activities, data transforms, decision rules and UI flows.

REST integration and production deployment know-how are essential. Experience with a Pega Framework and exposure to Smart Dispute or Pega Cloud are plus points.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on Pega development experience.
• Must be Pega CSSA certified in Pega 7.x or later.
• Solid understanding of BPM concepts and methodologies.
• Hands-on development on Activities, Data Transforms, Decision & Declarative rules, User interfaces, Flows, etc.
• REST service integration experience.
• Experience in production deployment/implementation and support.
• At least 1 Pega Framework experience; Smart Dispute experience desirable.
• Pega Cloud experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Pega applications with hands-on work on core components.
• Collaborate on BPM-driven process workflows and decision rules.
• Integrate systems via REST services and manage deployments to production.
