Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Pune, India is seeking a seasoned Pega developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience to design and deliver enterprise-grade solutions. You will collaborate with global teams and contribute to mission-critical processes across domains.

The ideal candidate holds Pega CSSA (7.x+), exhibits strong BPM knowledge, and works with Activities, Data Transforms, decision rules and REST integrations, including production deployment and support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Pega development experience.
• Pega CSSA certification in Pega 7.x or later.
• Solid understanding of BPM concepts and methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Activities, Data Transforms, Decision & Declarative rules, UI and Flows.
• REST service integration experience.
• Production deployment, implementation and support experience.
• At least 1 Pega Framework project; Smart Dispute experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop Pega applications using Activities, Data Transforms, decision & declarative rules, UIs and Flows.
• Integrate systems via REST services and ensure robust production deployment and support.
• Apply BPM concepts and methodologies to deliver scalable solutions.
• Utilize at least one Pega Framework; Smart Dispute exposure is desirable.

• Must have a sound understanding of integration using REST services
