Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Hyderabad is seeking a Pega Developer to deliver scalable BPM solutions with REST service integration. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on Pega development, CSSA certification, and a strong BPM background.

Familiarity with Activities, Data Transforms, decision rules, UI flows, and deployment processes is essential. Desirable are Pega Cloud experience and Smart Dispute exposure.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Pega development experience of 5+ years.
• Pega CSSA certified in Pega 7.x or later.
• Sound understanding of BPM concepts and methodologies.
• Development experience on Activities, Data Transforms, Decision & Declarative rules, UI, Flows.
• REST service integration experience.
• Production deployment/implementation and support experience.
• At least 1 Pega Framework experience; Smart Dispute desirable.
• Pega Cloud experience desirable.
• Awareness of Agile Scrum; fast-paced environment capability.
• Self-motivated, quick learner and team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on Pega development for BPM solutions.
• Implement and integrate components using Activities, Data, Rules, UI and Flows.
• Support deployment, production rollout and ongoing operations.
• Collaborate in an agile team and guide less experienced members if needed.
