Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the Operation Theatre before, during, and after surgical procedures.
• Assist surgeons, anesthetists, and other healthcare professionals during surgeries.
• Ensure availability and sterility of surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies.
• Monitor patients' condition before, during, and after surgery.
• Adhere to infection control, sterilization, and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of surgical procedures, consumables, and patient care activities.
• Assist in positioning and transferring patients safely.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and support critical care requirements.
• Coordinate with CSSD, ICU, wards, and other departments for seamless patient care.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, NABH standards, and quality guidelines.
