• Ensure strict adherence to aseptic and sterile techniques at all times.
• Monitor patient vitals and condition during pre-op, intra-op, and post-op phases.
• Verify patient identity, consent, surgical site, and procedure before surgery.
• Handle surgical instruments, sponges, and sutures with precision and accuracy.
• Maintain accurate and complete OT records and nursing documentation.
• Safely count and track surgical items to prevent retained instruments.
• Manage OT supplies, instruments, and equipment, and report malfunctions promptly.
• Coordinate with anesthesia, surgical, and recovery teams to ensure seamless patient care.
• Adhere to all hospital protocols, infection control practices, and quality standards.
