Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle OP, IP, and emergency patient billing.
• Generate accurate bills for consultations, laboratory tests, radiology, pharmacy, procedures, and other hospital services.
• Verify patient details and service charges in the hospital billing system.
• Collect payments through cash, card, UPI, and other approved payment methods.
• Generate receipts and maintain daily billing records.
• Coordinate with insurance, TPA, pharmacy, laboratory, and other departments.
• Handle billing queries, corrections, refunds, and discounts as per hospital policy.
• Prepare daily billing reports and reconcile cash collections.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and financial information.
