Job summary

AGS Health invites applications for Process Associate/Sr. Process Associate in Physician Billing. The role involves calling US insurance providers to collect on outstanding AR, with a strong grasp of end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management and denial analysis.

Immediate joiners are preferred and the candidate should be ready for night shifts. Location is Chennai with office-based work and two-way transport provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in AR calling in hospital billing.
• Should have basic knowledge of the entire RCM (Revenue Cycle Management).
• Ability to analyze AR data and identify reasons for pending claims and denial reasons.

Responsibilities

• Calling US Insurance companies on behalf of doctors/physicians and following up on outstanding Accounts Receivable.
• Perform analysis of accounts receivable data and understand the reasons for pending claims in AR and top denial reasons.
• Manage daily AR calling targets and document outcomes in the system.
