DECCAN HARDIKAR HOSPITAL in Pune district seeks a Senior Nursing Administrator to lead nursing services, set standards, and ensure disciplined, reliable care. You will plan, organize, and oversee nursing operations and collaborate with the medical team to deliver high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate holds a BSc Nursing or GNM with 6–7 years of experience, demonstrates strong leadership, and manages records and bedside teaching effectively.

1) To come punctually on duty and to be fair in your administration to Staff under your care.

2) To be an example set to set discipline, honesty, reliability, maintain cod of conduct, humaine and committed to work.

3) To develop standard of Nursing.

4) Be responsible for planning and organization of nursing services, indicating line of control and inter-communication system.

5) To guide and direct nursing personnel towards giving their best performance.

6) Look to staffing in various sections of the Hospital to make optimum utilization of available staff within the given facilities available.

7) Co-ordinate with Medical team and administrative side of Hospital.

8) To exercise check over the system of maintenance of records by Nursing Personnel.

9) Looking after the periodical teaching of Nursing Staff and participate in bed side theory teaching.

10) Avoid favoritism while dealing with the staff under your control.

11) The Nursing Supdt. Should have adequate knowledge about principles of Nursing Administration.

BSC or GNM completed with min 6-7 yrs of experience
