Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform DNA/RNA extraction and quantification.
• Carry out PCR and qPCR assays.
• Design or prepare primers for molecular assays.
• Conduct Sanger sequencing and/or NGS library preparation.
• Perform molecular diagnostic testing and report results.
• Process samples and maintain logs and SOP compliance.
• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments; troubleshoot procedures.
• Record, analyze and document results with QC checks.
