Job summary

Sripath Diagnostics Private Limited (Cpath Labs) is seeking a Molecular Technician at the Hyderabad branch. The role involves performing DNA/RNA extraction, PCR, RT-PCR and Real-Time PCR, handling clinical samples, and maintaining equipment in a regulated molecular lab.

The ideal candidate holds a BSc or MSc in life sciences, with 1 year preferred though freshers may apply. You will follow SOPs, ensure quality and biosafety, and keep precise records to support timely testing.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: BSc/ MSc in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry or life-science.
• Experience in molecular testing and handling clinical samples is preferred.
• Knowledge of PCR, RT-PCR, and Real-Time PCR is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform DNA/RNA extraction, PCR, RT-PCR, and Real-Time PCR testing.
• Handle and process clinical samples according to SOPs.
• Operate and maintain molecular laboratory equipment.
• Follow laboratory SOPs, quality control, and biosafety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely test processing.
