Job summary

Tech Mahindra in Kolkata is hiring for a Customer Support Associate in a voice process role. You will resolve customer queries through voice calls while working on a 10-hour shift (9 hours on duty, 1 hour break) with 2 rotational weekly offs. This is a 3-month contractual position based at the DLF 2, Rajarhat office.

Freshers and experienced candidates with Higher Secondary passes and basic English/Hindi communication are invited to apply. Training may occur during night shifts.

Interview Process

• HR Round General Screening
• Typing Test- 25 WPM with 90% accuracy
• Operations Round – General Assessment
• Voice Versant Test (V3 and above)

Compensation

• CTC for Freshers: 2,05,830 per annum
• CTC for Experienced Candidates: 2,30,530 per annum (minimum 12 months of BPO experience)

Monthly Take-Home Salary:

• Freshers: 12,442 per month
• Experienced: 14,501 per month

Training

• Training may be conducted during the night shift

Shift Timings

• Any 10-hour shift between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM in operations
• Night shifts may be applicable during training
