Medanta in Dadri (Uttar Pradesh) invites applications for a typing specialist focused on discharge and clinical documentation. The role involves typing discharge summaries, case summaries, health assessments, and transcribing radiology and pathology reports.

The candidate should possess graduate qualifications, strong medical terminology understanding, and a typing speed of 35–40 wpm with excellent English comprehension. This on-site role supports inpatient, outpatient, and radiology departments.

Responsabilidades

• Typing discharge summaries, case summaries, and health assessment summaries.
• Transcribe radiology, echo, histopathology, pathology reports, and other documents.
• Prepare discharge summaries for discharged patients and certificates as needed.
• Handle inquiries from patients, TPA, and billing desks related to summaries.

Role & responsibilities

• Typing Discharge summary/Case Summary/Health Assessment summary
• Typing procedure and radiology reports - Echo, Histopathology, Pathology etc.
• In Patient Department, Out Patient Department, Radiology Office, Back Office etc.
• Takes information of discharges from Duty Doctor/ Team Leader
• Prepares discharge summary of discharged patients.
• Types discharge summary of new shifting in the ward.
• Prepares certificate (rest/fit-to-fly) for surgery patients
• Types activity sheet entry to eHIS
• Transcribes Echo, Radiology, Histology, Pathology reports
• Answer the patient quries regarding the discharge summary
• Answers TPA/Billing desk queries
• Inform / Calls the concrened doctor to finalize discharge summary
• Any other duties assigned by the respective manager/Supervisor
