Cubexle Solutions is seeking detail-oriented medical professionals to analyze complex US healthcare records and translate histories into accurate, structured summaries to support insurance, legal, or clinical decis.

The role involves reviewing EHRs, drafting chronological medical histories, identifying data gaps, coding diagnoses and procedures, and ensuring HIPAA compliance while collaborating with auditors, doctors, and legal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• 1–4 years in medical summaries or coding.
• Strong knowledge of human anatomy and medical terminology.
• Proficient in MS Office tools and typing.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Records: Review complex Electronic Health Records (EHR) thoroughly.

Requirement / Education

• Education: B.Sc in Psychology, Bio-Chemistry, Bioinformatics, Clinical Pathology, Microbiology, Genetics, Nursing, Medical, Physician Assistant, Biotechnology, Botany Zoology and Chemistry, Life Science .
• Experience: 1-4 years in medical summaries or coding.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of human anatomy and medical terminology.
• Tools: Familiarity with MS Office tools and typing.
• Language: Excellent written English and analytical comprehension skills
