• Ability to work with deadlines and in team-based workflows.

The candidate must maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with HIPAA standards while collaborating with auditors and case teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and summarize large volumes of medical records into structured reports
• Prepare medical chronologies, narrative summaries, and case timelines
• Identify diagnoses, procedures, medications, and functional limitations
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and client-specific formatting standards
• Coordinate with QA/Audit teams for revisions and clarifications
• Maintain confidentiality and data-security compliance

Required Skills & Qualifications
