We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Medical Coding Executive to join our healthcare team. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing medical records and assigning accurate diagnostic and procedural codes based on industry standards. This role plays a critical part in ensuring proper documentation, billing accuracy, and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Review patient medical records, physician notes, and healthcare documentation.
• Assign accurate medical codes using ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.
• Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with healthcare guidelines and regulations.
• Verify completeness and accuracy of clinical documentation.
• Work closely with healthcare providers to clarify documentation when necessary.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with HIPAA and organizational policies.
• Meet productivity and quality targets established by the organization.
• Stay updated on coding guidelines, medical terminology, and industry changes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
