Key Responsibilities

• Customer Communication: Handle incoming customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and online hospital chat platforms.
• In-Office Promotion: Promote Yashoda Hospitals health packages, specialized treatments, and clinical services from the office desk.
• Lead Generation: Perform online research to identify potential leads, corporate clients, or community segments, and systematically follow up with them.
• Digital Campaign Support: Assist the core marketing team in managing digital marketing campaigns and online promotional strategies.
• Database Management: Accurately update and maintain customer or patient inquiry databases.
• Reporting: Prepare daily tracking reports detailing inquiry volumes, lead updates, and completed tasks for the management team.
