Job summary

Tata Advanced Systems (TASL) requires an Electrical Maintenance specialist with hands-on experience in 5-axis CNC machinery and Siemens PLC systems. The role focuses on maintaining electrical systems, integrating TPM practices, and applying Kaizen and 5S methods on the shop floor.

Diploma or BE in Electrical/Mechatronics is preferred. 3–8 years for Diploma and 2–6 years for BE candidates are desirable. Position is based in Bengaluru, India, with on-site responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or BE in Electrical/Mechatronics.
• 3–8 years experience for Diploma holders and 2–6 years for BE holders.
• Hands-on with electrical maintenance in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Core expertise in Electrical Maintenance.
• Hands-on work with 5-axis CNC machines (Siemens 840D SL, Sinumerik One).
• Knowledge of TPM, 7QC Tools, Kaizen, 5S & Pokayoke and Value Engineering.
