Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering tools is essential. The role requires strong communication in Tamil and English, with site visits and timely project support.

Qualifications

• Qualification: B.Architect / B.Sc. Interior Design.
• Experience: 03+ years in Interior Design.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD 2D/3D, SketchUp, and Enscape / D5 / Lumion.
• Good understanding of interior materials, finishes, furniture, and space planning.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare 2D drawings, layouts, elevations, and working drawings using AutoCAD.
• Create 3D models and realistic renders using SketchUp and Enscape / D5 / Lumion.
• Assist in space planning, furniture layouts, material selection, and interior detailing.
• Conduct site visits, take measurements, and prepare drawings based on site requirements.
• Assist in preparing BOQs, material schedules, and project-related documents using Excel.
• Coordinate with senior designers, architects, clients, vendors, and site teams.
• Support the design team in ensuring timely completion of projects.

Eligibility

Salary & Benefits
