Job summary

Cloudnine Hospital, Vashi, Navi Mumbai invites an IPD Billing Executive to join Billing / Front Office. The role covers end-to-end IPD billing from admission to discharge, with accurate charge posting and cross-department coordination.

You will verify deposits and adjustments, handle various payment modes, and ensure documentation and confidentiality of patient information in a busy hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; healthcare/hospital administration background preferred.
• 13 years of IPD/hospital billing experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hospital billing processes and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle IPD billing activities from patient admission to discharge.
• Prepare and verify patient bills, including room charges, consultations, procedures, medicines, investigations, and other hospital services.
• Ensure accurate posting of all charges in the hospital billing system.
• Coordinate with Nursing, Pharmacy, Diagnostics, Accounts, Insurance/TPA and other departments.
• Handle final billing and discharge billing accurately and within timelines.
• Verify deposits, advances, refunds, discounts, and adjustments as per hospital policy.
• Resolve patient/attendant billing queries professionally.
• Handle cash, card, UPI and other payment modes and maintain proper records.
• Coordinate for TPA/insurance billing and required documentation.
• Ensure proper documentation, reconciliation, and confidentiality of patient information.
