Job summary

Shri Khatu Shyam Healthcare in Delhi is seeking a hospital billing professional to manage OPD and IPD billing end-to-end. You will generate bills for consultations, investigations, procedures, pharmacy and other services, and ensure accurate discharge billing for IPD cases.

You will verify patient details, deposits, advances, discounts and refunds, and coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, pharmacy, laboratory and radiology to ensure correct charges.

Qualifications

• Handle OPD and IPD billing accurately and efficiently.
• Generate OPD consultation, investigation, procedure, pharmacy, and other service bills.
• Prepare IPD admission, interim, and final discharge bills.
• Verify patient details, deposits, advances, discounts, refunds, and outstanding amounts.
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, pharmacy, laboratory, and other departments for correct billing.
• Handle billing through the Hospital Information System (HIS).
• Assist with cash, insurance, TPA, corporate, and cashless billing processes.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and patient/attendant queries professionally.
• Ensure bills are completed accurately before patient discharge.
• Maintain daily billing records and reports.
• Follow hospital policies and maintain patient confidentiality.
