Job summary

24 7 ai is seeking dedicated Customer Support agents for its International US Process to assist US-based customers and deliver high-quality service. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome; immediate joiners preferred. Night shifts are part of the rotation and you will be expected to resolve issues promptly.

You will maintain customer records, provide clear information, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery while handling US time-zone customers.

Salary & Perks:

Salary Range: 19,000 for Freshers & 30000 per month for experience (In-hand based on your interview and experience)
