Smart Call Center Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking both freshers and experienced professionals with excellent English communication for our international voice process handling customers in the USA and Canada.

Designation: CCE/SCCE/TL. Shift timings available include 5:30-9:30pm, 10pm (Part Time), and 9:30pm-6:30am (Full Time). Salary package is negotiable, with incentives, spiffs, and movie tickets as perks. Location: Kolkata, India.

Competenze

Excellent English communication for international voice process.
Fresher or experienced candidates.
Willingness to work in USA/Canada process.

Process :- ELD Mandate process
Shift Timing:- 5:30-9:30pm/10pm (Part Time shift )/ 9:30 pm -6:30 am (Full time shift timing)
