Job Description:

We are hiring for the International Voice Process at [24]7.ai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing customer support and resolving issues through calls and other electronic communications

Skills Required:

• Willingness and ability to work in rotational shifts (24x7).

Job Details:

• Rotational US shifts, including midnight shifts.


• 5 days working; 2 rotational week-offs (no fixed days off on Saturday and Sunday).


• Educational certificates are mandatory.


• Must be flexible to work from the office.


• Relevant experience in international voice or Semi voice process with customer interaction (on papers) is required.


• Immediate joiners preferred, based on the company's requirements.

Qualifications:

• Intermediate (10+2)/Diploma (10+3)

Experience:

• 0-3 years.

Age Criteria:

• 18 years to 35 years.

Salary:

• 23,000 to 38,000 (take-home after deductions)


• DOJ - 15th October 2026
