Job summary

Kathir Hospital Pvt.Ltd is seeking an ICU Nurse to deliver continuous, evidence-based care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced unit. You will recognize early signs of deterioration, support life-sustaining treatments, and coordinate closely with doctors, therapists, and other nurses to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.

The role requires systematic assessment, vigilant monitoring, timely interventions, and meticulous documentation, with a focus on patient comfort and family

Qualifications

• Perform a systematic head-to-toe assessment.
• Monitor vital signs and ICU parameters at prescribed frequency.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Maintain intake/output and fluid-balance records.
• Monitor for deterioration and report changes immediately.
• Maintain airway, ventilator, catheter, drain, and IV-line care.
• Provide regular repositioning and skin care.
• Maintain complete nursing documentation.
• Give a clear handover to the incoming nurse.
